I have an Armani Exchange AX 1066 watch in need of a replacement screw for the band. I've asked around at some local repair shops and nobody has the particular screw since it's proprietary. I also can't seem to find anyone at AX that knows how to obtain the replacement part. Any suggestions here?

You just have to to see the watchmaker. As all watch band screws are made to particular bracelet, it's allmost impossible to find the right one if you are not in watch repair business. It will not cost too much and will save your time and nerves if you'll ask the watchmaker.
Find your nearest watchmaker and ask for help.

If you can get to a watchmaker or even one of those watck "kiosks" where they mostly replace batteries or even a jeweller they may have what you need.

Only CARTIER itself will solve it. There is no way you can repair it outside CARTIER. Contact CARTIER and ask what the cost would be. Be prepaired to pay a lot.
