make sure to take your blown fuse in and verify they are the same size. It is a 3AH 250V fuse; additional details could find in this LINK.
I would ignore the 250V. The concern is the current. I would not use a fuse higher than the one shipped with the unit. According to the PN you provided it is a 1A (amp) fast blow glass fuse.
Before replacing check the power line to make sure there is no short in it. Also if the cigarette lighter end gets wet it could blow.
Its actually a 7A 250V fuse. Unfortunately, I have not had any luck finding it. Also, 7A 250V fuse come in two sizes, a large and a small. So you will need the small
