THE PLAYER ONLY PLAYS THE FIRST 10 SECONDS OF A SONG, AT WHICH POINT THE COUNTER RESETS TO 000. IF I PRESS THE PAUSE BUTTON AT 8 SECONDS THE SONG WILL CONTINUE TO PLAY FOR ANOTHER 10 SECONDS UNLESS I PRESS THE PAUSE BUTTON. I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH THE WHOLE SONG BY PRESSING THE PAUSE BUTTON EVERY 8 OR 9 SECONDS. HOWEVER, THIS MAKES FOR A LOT OF WORK AND AN UNSATISFYING LISTENING EXPERIENCE. ANY THOUGHTS?
Enter you menu and turn off review. Review plays 5 or 10 sec of every song on your player if its turned on. Trun it to normal and you should be ok....

Your MP3 is set to "Repeat->Intro" which is only sampling each song. Here's how to fix it. Once you get the MP3 into play mode, and you hear a song playing, push the "Menu" button. Next, Select the "Repeat" option (by pushing the "Menu" button again). You'll see the next displayed option as "Intro". If you push the "Rewind (i.e. left aroow button), you'll see the other "Repeat" options. Select "Normal" and the songs will play through their entirety.

Same problem, it will play for 10 seconds, then stop. There is no 'review' button that is pressed. It was working fine for the first few days then it went wonky.
