Unplug, remove top, look under keypad, follow wires to circuit board, look for a silver rectangular capacitor, "may be under a plastic flap" discharge capacitor with a screwdriver across the 2 points, look for a small fuse near by in clips, remove and replace with same current rating, assemble before test because lethal voltages present when powered.

To Lock/Unlock Control: The microwave oven and Timer must
be off. Touch and hold START for 5 seconds until 2 tones sound and a lock icon appears on the display. Repeat to unlock and remove the lock icon from display.

This was a new microwave install, with remote inline fan installed out side of microwave, was accidentally shorted across motor circuit, micro wave went dead no keyboard response, check main fuse ok, didn't see any other fuses in microwave or on circuit boards, Keypad control is on door, thanks for your comments
