on reboot, enter BIOS setup, F1 Esc, whatever the prompts say
and change the boot sequence to a valid drive.
This may not work since you did not say what occurred to __kup the boot sequence

Try tapping F8 at start up and try booting in safe mode...If this fails you will need to reinstall your OS.

Try inserting your Windows CDROM at startup and look for press any key to boot from cd.
Wait 'til " Welcome to Setup" occurs and press R for repair.
Type Administrator password or just click enter after choosing
(most likely) 1. At windows prompt, type fixboot and after self
repair type exit.
The system is likely encountering a critical error and
theautomatically restart option has been selected in
the startup andrecovery options.
Right click on My Computer and select
Properties/Advanced Tab/Startup and
Recovery/Settings Button.
Under System Failure, uncheck the Automatically Restart
option. Thiswill allow the error to be displayed when
the problem is encountered.
You need to perform some troubleshooting steps to
try and locate exactly where the problem is coming
from.

In your BIOS use IDE(IDE mode). This lets the Sata drive run without any special
drivers. You loose hot swap and native command queuing.
ACHI(Advanced Controller Host Interface) is for things like hot swap and native command queuing(more useful for servers).
If
you plan to hot swap drives later then ACHI is a good option, but
requires a driver on windows install. You may be able to change it
after windows is installed.
