Slim and secure blinking green light

My monitor has a blinking green light at the top no picture and no sound and I purchased a new battery thinking that was the issue and it's still not turning on? UGH

Same problem here... Blinking green light. Purchased new battery and is still doing the same thing. Very disappointed-these cameras are not cheap. :(

Red/green lights both blink and tv will on turn on

Are the red and green lights blinking at the same rate or not? If the green light is blinking every 3 seconds and the red light is blinking every 1/2 second, the lamp door is not properly secured. If both lights are blinking at 1 second intervals, try replacing the lamp. If a new lamp doesn't solve the problem, the TV needs service.

I hope this helps.

Green light on and no sound or picture

Turn on both the camera and monitor. Press the power button on the front of the monitor to access the camera selection menu. Make sure your unit is set to "cam 1". This should fix the problem.

Green light is on but no picture or sound

Remove the led battery from the backside of the unit (this will fully turn off the device and the green light will go out) Give it a few seconds, wipe off and put the battery back in. Hold the power button as you would normally turn the unit on & you should have your picture back in no time. (This happened to me this morning & just got it up & running now before bedtime) Hope this helps!

Suddenly, the handheld monitor turns off (no picture or sound) and will not turn back on, even when I plug in the AC adapter. The green light on the battery indicator is on, but the monitor won't turn on...

Mine jut did this. What did you end up doing. I did what other people said which was take the battery our and put it on the stand... NOPE... green light on but not sound or picture. I could hold the button down until the cows come home and it will not turn on.

Should the power light be green or red, when I turn camera on it shows a green light then turns red

Red light indicates that the camera is out of charged., Try to charged your battery for 3-4 hrs if you encounter flashing red on a fully charged battery you need to call kodak 1 800 235 6325 ext 12

You can charged you camera using 5V AC Adaptor or a USB cable taht attached into the computer
