You should contact your local appliance parts retailer and provide them with the complete model number and serial number, and they can find the conversion kit for that dryer.
It should include instructions and a orifice kit for the gas valve, and instructions on adjusting the gas pressure regulator.
Please rate this solution if it helps you with your problem... Thanks

If you do not have the original orifice you will have to order a natural gas orifice and replace the LP one with it. It is just a small brass threaded part with the correct size hole in it, located right at the end of the burner. For a LG dryer it is probably part number 4948EL4001B but you should get your model number from the sticker just inside the door and order the correct part from your nearest servicing dealer. You can find LG servicer's in the US on line at http://us.lgservice.com/index_b2c.jsp

When you convert back to Nat. Gas, remember to screw the slot blade plunger on the regulator all the way back out. (it was turned down when dryer was converted to LP.) (I just did one of your conversions this AM ..... if you need any more help, like how to get the dryer apart, let me know)

SOURCE: Need to convert from natural gas to propane

Take 3 screws out of bottom side of Z shaped metal part on the back of the dryer's top. Stand in front of dryer and use the palms of your hands to sharply push dryer top back about 2 inches and lift top off. Open door and remove screw at 4 and 8 O'Clock position. Remove control panel (ususally 2 screws and a bunch on retaining plastic parts along the top side) and set on top of dryer or unplug electrical plugs and set aside. Remove screws at top of front panel. Unplug light bulb and door switch. Tilt front panel forward and lift off bottom tabs, then unplug moisure sensor wire at bottom, allowing front panel to be set aside. Remove 4 screws at sides of drum support assembly, lift up and off. Release belt, and remove drum. (easier to do if flat metal part originally right behind control panel is removed first) Use belt as a handle and lift drum out of dryer, allowing access to burner assembly. Change burner orfice and regulator blocker. Re-assemble and test.

Do I need a part to convert my Maytag gas dryer/washer combo back from propane to Natural Gas?

Yes you can, but whether you should is another matter. I purchased a new dryer and needed it to be propane ready...you need to get the proper orifice (which lets the gas in to the burners) changed out. Natural gas orifice has a larger hole than a propane orifice. In addition, the regulator must be modified. It may involve flipping an insert under the cap (typical of stoves) or it may require conversion parts packed in the conversion kit (order one specific to your drier). This regulator is part of the piping within the back of the drier.

Incidentally, conversion orifice(s) should be included with the drier and screwed to the body in a clip. When you change it over and label the equipment as converted to propane, put the old natural gas orifice in the clip and screw it back onto the body. Put the instructions in a paper envelope and tape to the outside of the body of the drier.

Dryer has been converted to propane using conversion kit #131776600 and I need the info needed to get it back to run on NG The dryer is a Fidgaire Gallery series model #FDGC648GHS0 any help greatly a

Hello there. If the parts were saved, they can be reused. If not, contact your propane provider and tell them that you plan to convert back to natural gas. They will be able to get you the kit you need, and will possibly have a technician come out and install it for a fee.

Dryer LG 6DTD3120

You should change it back to regular gas the problem is in pressure reg gas come to your home at much greater pressure then propane that's why it takes longer to dry the other thing is to keep your lint trap clean because it can affect drying once in while blow out lint hose as well
