MP145 Scanning Problem

I just bought a CANON PIXMA MP145. I installed the drivers perfectly but now when i try to scan something, it gives me an error code 2114,0...
plz solve this problem

go to www.canon.co.in select support & down load select "multy functional printer" in product catrgory select pixma in product series select pixma mp145 in product model. select driver & software in type of document. select OS from right side select appropriate link PLACE a tick on the option above DOWN LOAD tab click down load. run the .exe file when download is completed

Hello do You have a program CD Record, then pu it in Your computer and then trhy to download a scaners software.

Take it to a Canon Repair company, It has a 1 year warranty and needs to be replaced or call 1-800-ok canon.
