you would have to lose the top compartment the scanner to get access to it.

Are you printing color, or B&W? Clean cartridge (Black and Photo). Align cartridges. Last resort, wipe contacts on cartridges with lint free cloth and alcohol. Get new cartridges!!

hi, you printer head is blockked so you can clean the print head to via pc start-settings -printers &faxes-printer model prifference -maintanance -headcleaning try .

There is no option to over ride it.. If you want then you need to contact HP tech support for setup ink cartridges as the store people does not sell setup ink cartridges
