Try deleting your sound drivers in device manager and rebooting your unit.
The unit should reload the necessary drivers and you should have your sound.
Before doing this, make sure you have all external devices disconnected. After wards you can load your devices one at a time.
when you say some times it keeps going does this mean the unit turns off ??,,,,this model has the gpu problem,,,dry solder joint of the graphics card, of which you can have the board repaired or replace the board
The audio chip is failing on the motherboard. The simplest thing to do is to get one of the USB sound cards that are available now. Amazon and geeks.com usually have them in stock.
it sounds like your sound card has a short in it or it could be a driver issue try updating the driver if that dont help e-mail me at [email protected] and i will help you test to see if your sound card needs replaced it sounds like that might need to be done if your speakers and your headphone ports our giving bad sound relay
i think you need to uninstall the sound driver and download lastest sound driver for your sound card from your laptop manufacturer website. check this website:-> www.medion.com
