I have lost digital ITV and all the digital stations on my Sony Bravia.

Perform a master reset by doing the following:
Turn the TV On
With the original Sony remote, hold down the "up" button in the 4 direction buttons (uo, down, left, right)
While holding down the up button on the remote, press the power button on the TV (not the one on the remote)
The TV should reset and restart, asking you which language you wish to use.
After choosing the language, let the TV do an auto program and you should be OK
