HLP5667WX LIGHT FAN NOT TURNING

Hi
All connections are fine power board is fine I checked the fuse and the capacitors,
the video board is fine and has power,the blue safety switch in the back is pushed to on position.
When I plug in the power cord I hear a couple of cliques on the video board side,
on the switch ON/OFF I see a solid red ( standby/temp) light on,the power ON/OFF
switch not responding when I push it,I hear no sound in the back of any thing running. the color wheel is not turning the light bulb is not on,the small fan is not running, and the bulb fan is not running.

THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED,I HAVE A DEFECTIVE ON/OFF SWITCH, LUCKILY I FOUND THE REMOTE CONTROL .
