Printing i am having a hpdeskjet 656c but i am not able to print

It is possible to refill the ink cartridges, however it can only be done a number of times or in some cases it gives problems.

just uninstall the driver and software and help and reinstall it in english.

Chances are you colour cartridge is empty, the black will print green if colour cartis empty

follow the steps provided below..

1. Open Ms word
2. click on file
3. click on page setup
4. click on land scape and close the window..

try using a different colored catridge (may be yr friends own) and see if it prints. if yes then yu need to buy a colored ink for yr printer.

it would be great if you can tell me the operating system that you are using on you computer.

anyways check this out:

for windows xp:

>click on start-->run
>type in services.msc
>press ok
>from the new window called services local, double click on print spooler
>press the stop button
>now press the start button
>press ok and come out of that window.
>close all the windows and restart you computer.

for win vista:

> click on start, inside start search type in services.msc and hit enter.
> then follow the same as above
