N72 hanging My phone always gt hanged and in tht case, i m nt even able to switch off, If I pull up the battery and restart the phone, it hangs again after 1-2 mins. I m also unable to recieve any call.

Your phone had a network ic i think it is the culprit here replace it with new one

its the software problem of ur cell. jst go to care centre or the cell repairing center and ask for change the software version of ur cell

your cell phone is infected with virus you want to HARD FORMAT, switch off your mobile phone 1st, then press and hold 3 keys at a time star key, green dial key, and no. 3 key. then switch on your phone.
do not unhold all three key's until nokia's logo come's [hand shake] . it's done. you have to select your city. mean's your phone is virus free now.
[get backup of your contacts and messeges before formatting or you will lose your data]

FORMAT YOUR CELL

nokia n72 has a slow operating system which gets even slower if the battery is low and thw problems are doubled if the memory is near full. Sometimes unsupported applications hang on it which can only be stopped by removing the battery and restarting the phone.Restarting may take a lot of time but have patience and once the phone restarts delete the application which caused the hanging. An advice is to keep the memory card half empty.

Try changing your battery and see if it solves the problem.
You can also get it formatted if this is a virus issue.

If these steps doesn't help you may need to get it checked.

the phone's firmware needs to be reflash but if the warranty is still valid you should just have it exchanged for a new one.
