Problem opening yahoo at all

I can log into yahoo but can neither open nor read my mails. A message comes that the http request is returned. I can log into yahoo but can neither open nor read my mails. A message comes that the http request is returned.

I can't read my mails. i can sign in. i see inbox including the subject and the sender page within the inbox as well. but when i try to open to read a single mail i get the following instead:

My PC can load yahoomail quite fine when connected directly to the internet. But when using a network connection, it can load other websites like google, but not yahoo and hotmail. Could this be a problem with my network adapter, should I try using a different NIC? Hope someone helps. My PC can load yahoomail quite fine when connected directly to the internet.
