Okayy . is it still possible that i cnt find my recipt & still get a warranty ?

the player is confused.. see you might have a lot of songs and with the bluetooth initialized the player cant do every thing at once so it freeze since it is so confused and when it freezes dont keep pressing buttons it gets more confuzed. it happened to me once and i just reset it and it worked. so try not to do every thing at once the player is not a computer.

just plug it into the computer with the usb it came with so it can charge.

i just cannot find out how to put vides on it
