Fisher and paykel smart drive 503 top loading washing machine

We've a Fisher & Paykel, 'smart drive', 503, top loading washing machine. Its been fantastic but has suddenly just stopped working. Lights come on at 'dashborard' but no water is coming into tub, it doesn't want to 'start' doing anything. I've checked hoses and their respective filters, water pressure/delivery etc, all good there. Machine is maybe several years old. I've been a bit naughty perhaps in having a look at things myself; repairs here are mega expensive, and thats just to assess. I found the micro switch for the door (lid) to the tub looks a bit sort of burnt, sticky, and with deposits on the terminals. I bypassed this, but still no joy. Any help/advice really appreciated.

Unit starts as usual, fills part way then shuts down leaving 1 rinse lite and 1 wash lite on then beeps constantly.

While under the lid there should be a tech sheet, explaining varions flashing light codes and there respective fixes for each instance, replacing tha switch(out of bal switch) seems like a good start though. cant remember if jumping it out will help, might be looking for a break in the line rather than continuity through it

Fisher and paykel aquasmart fault 235

Try cleaning the INLET and the outlet valves, it is possible that the filters are blocked. If not check the wiring harness from the panel, check for moisture within the panel, if so use a dryer to warm off and test. Please estimate before any parts are replaced.

Fisher Paykel washing machine Smartdrive 703 Advance, Power and Start buttons are non responsive when pushed. Is there a part that can fix this. Does the control panel have to be replaced?

Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive beeps and stops during rinse cycle. If I hit pause and wait and restart it eventually continues. It seems like it has problems detecting water level.
