It is very difficult to help without seeing it in person, if you put some parts in the wrong spot they may have gotten jammed in there... On top of that there are many makes and models of these bouncers out there... You may need to contact a local handy man or go to the store where you purchased it for help... This is like trying to remotely diagnose a sick person, it's virtually impossible...
