It has been around three weeks, my desktop computer Sony VAIO Model PCV-RS210 will install 1 UPDATE (software) every time after I signed off. I know it was not the update from Norton, Windows, or other update I downloaded from the internet. This PC has the Norton Internal Security Software. Is the UPDATE a virus (someone is obtaining information)? If yes, how can I remove it? Thanks

Not sure what the update could be, but to very its not a virus, try this FREE online tool. It is EXTREMELY good and removes viruses and malware that even Norton cannot. Remember to do a full system scan. May take a while, but is well worth it:

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the housecall65 and it did not fix the auto update when I sign off.
