Unfortunately the Self clean function will often break ovens. The heat is just too severe and breaks elements, control boards and the door locks and wiring. You need a service call. If you are VERY lucky, disconnecting the power at the breaker for an hour MAY release the lock and error message.
Self-Clean Ovens
The oven is cleaned by heat, at temperatures above normal cooking temperatures. During the cleaning cycle the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit (471° C.). At this temperature, food soils inside the oven decompose, leaving behind a small amount of ash.
My advice is never use the self clean function.

E91 usually signifies a communication problem between the electronic boards. sometimes it can also be caused by a poor connection (Dirty, broken etc) or a fouled condenser fan. Check the wiring harness and connections and see if the fan chamber / vents has any dirt stuck in it. Make sure the machine is unplugged before touching anything inside the machine.
board inside these washer has internal safety devices fuses on there pcb
you need to let a tech look at this
sounds like the psu to the controller board has failed
and you need to either replace or repair the controller board
I think the outlet hose or filter or pump is blocked and it cant drain in time. Clean the filter and check if the machine drains ok by putting it on a rinse cycle. I hope that helps
