Replace Charging roller

A) Black Streaks, Shadows, And Ghosting
Adjust the printer's lightness/darkness setting to 2-3 different variables and see if problem disappears. Look at the fusing assembly - is the roller torn or does it have any black buildup? Use caution!!! It gets HOT!

Try another toner also.

more than likely its your drum unit could be upper fuser film but prob the drum

has the paper got black lines across the paper, if so you might need to replace the drum unit

can You Operate switches on control panel,
like '1', 2 start etc. 

Hello sir;As your descript, it seems need to replace drum blade, if they come with whole cartridge then replace whole cartridge.

Most likely something on the glass. Even a small speck on the glass will cause a horizontal line across the sheet while using the top feeder. Otherwise it would be the drum unit or a scratched fixing film.
