My messenger and hotmail account has been blocked and i dont have another email address what can i do just to unblock them .
Contact hotmail customer support & ask them how to unblock the account

you has this **** policy of deactivating any user id that is not active for a speculated period of time. I guess its to free the memory in its server or something. You can reactivate your mail id once you login. You would have lost all your mails though...

Your account may be blocked by yahoo for 2 reasons.
1. Your account has been spamming or
2. Your account has been reported for abuse.
If you are not the one doing those spamming or abuse, then your account might got compromised.
