We had a F02 error this morning. Found the "solution" on line from Guru...so drained, cleaned and ran diagnostics.....didn't drain after canceling diagnostic when tumbling started....tried procedure again and let the diagnostics run to the very end. Got the F02 error again. What next? are there other things we can check?
The button trap is the "filter asssy" are you moving water tought the drain cycle at all, ive seeen that the pump assy has been damaged in such a way that the impeller has disloged form pump and no loneger pumps water effectivly, usually soundslike its working though perhaps a little louder.i would also check perhaps theres a blockage in the hose that connects the tub to the pump assy. there shoudl be a soft ball sized plastic ball within the hose( just pointing that out so you dont remove it)
Cant see what you tried to repair problem (dont see original post) but F02 is a long drain time. or innaddaquate drain. usually from a clogged, drain pump/button trap. ill assume you were told to remove the lower access panel, gain acess to the drain pump assy, clean the "button trap" of foreign derbis. if thats been done and your still having draining issues iehter theres something i nthe drain hose, or perhaps the drain pump impeller has been damaged preventing proper flow of water.

what is the "button trap" ? We removed the filter cover and cleaned everything. Did find one toothpick. The impeller does spin.
run diagnostics
