You can solve this by connecting your phone inline.
On the back of the phone where the phone handset plugs into, plug one end of the jabra headset wire & connect other end to the 2nd position (marked by phone & handset). Now plug the handset wire from Ip phone to the 1st position (marked by handset) in the jabra headset. Now you are good to go.

When the phone rings lift the phone handset and answer it with your jabra headset. You can't use jabra with 7941 without lifting the handset on phone.

How do you pair a plantronics (cs351n/a) headset with a cisco IP 7900 series phon (cp-7941g)

Go into your sound settings, and enable the +20 gain settings on your mic setting.
It's a weird thing, mics not detecting what they're supposed to do, but it happens.
Unless you haven't installed the updated drivers for the unit? Try going to the website, and d/load the updated software for it, make sure it's for your hardware, and install it. Winblows can be outdated sometimes.
Hope that helped, in one way or another.

I cant test my 7941g because i keep getting a small bullseye on the bottom left corner of the screen

Your phone is trying to connect to a TFTP server address to download a firmware and/or config file update. You need to figure out what IP address it is trying to connect to (You may have to use wireshark or another packet sniffer to determine this).

Once you know the IP it is trying to connect to, you'll need to set up a small network with a TFTP server running on that same address, and feed the phone a firmware update and/or config file. It will likely not fully boot unless it gets a firmware update.

Can I hook a 1131ag LWAP directly to a 7941g?

If the 7941g is the cisco cp-7941g ip phone then no you can not since the ip phone only has ethernet connections and the airap1131agak has only wireless connections on it as it is a wireless access point, so you will need a wireless router or something similar to get the wireless to ethernet cable.

CISCO 7941 IP PHONE disconnect you out after certain time

Unfortunately this is a very common problem with Cisco's IP Phones. It can be caused by either a faulty hookswitch or a damaged jack. Both of these problems can be remedied by contacting IdacomUSA.
