Dont have the security or lock code for Razor V3

I purchased a razor v3 from a friend who forgot the lock and security code. I have tried 0000; 1234, the last 4 digits of the phone number, but still can't get into the phone. Can someone help me with this. I will have to wait in line for at least half a day at our local alltel store, which I honestly dont have time to wait that long. Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

The default lock code is 1234.

If you changed it and forgot the unlock code, At the Enter Unlock Code prompt, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn’t work, press menu button and enter your
six-digit security code instead.Default security code is 000000.

If you forget other codes:

If you forget your security code, SIM PIN code, PIN2 code, or call barring password, contact your service provider.

While you get the other codes, service provider will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PIN code.

How to unlock your Motrolo Razor V3 if you forgot the unlock code.

Today where gonna discuss what to do if you have forgotten your unlock code for your Motorola Razor V3.


When the phone asks for the unlock code. Just simply press the round center button between all of the arrows. and a new screen will come up.

it will ask for a security code.
enter 000000 (just hit the ZERO key 6 times)

(note this is the default code if it has ever been changed this will not work)

Your phone’s 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234,
and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000.

Take the phone back to your service provider and have them reset the code back to the factory oroginal- usually "0000"- which you can later change.

V3 master reset
well it is usually 000000 but if you have forgotten it then you will need to take the phone to a service center and have them reset the codes for you.
