I have a problem with All in one Lexmark X5150...it prints white pages...I have checked for ink level, i tried with a new cartridge, I read the trobleshooting from X5150 but I still could not figure out whats wrong. The plastic foil is off, the printer is on ready status and is set as default, the ink level is ok, the paper is ok, the connections to USB are ok, but still doesnt print. I restarted the PC and the printer, but still nothing...I really dont know what else to try...
Uninstall the printe driver, then try reinstalling the printer back.if no luck, change the usb cable or printer cable as the case may be,if doesn't work, try using the printer on a friends machine. did it work?let me know. eyo7 [email protected]
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model:
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
cartridge nozzles.
After printing the test page, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

I ran the black ink cartridge completely out. When I put in a new one, neither the black nor color works. I get a blank page.
