Either gonna be an issue with your speakers or more likely it will be that you need to replace the main pcb. What is the model and version # for your tv?
The set will need to be properly diagnosed to narrow down the problem. You could be looking at a bad inverter, bad CCFL lamp, fault in power supply or main board.
Please try to increase the screen adjustment that found on the ply-back transformer.When you see the ply-back it have 2 trimmer,the one is focus (above) and the screen (below).
That is the only problem.

It sounds to me like it has the wrong scan coils fitted to the replacement tube and there is no fix for that. You will need to fit the correct tube or have the old tube re built.
