If you have checked the plug and the fuse in the plug and they are both okay, then is could be the capacitor inside the machine and you will need to call out an engineer to repair it

I have a WMF Presto coffee machine and when I switch it on it comes up with WMF-AG V-Bootmanager 9,0 USB 1.1 on the screen and cannot do anything at all with the machine

The message you are seeing on your WMF Presto coffee machine suggests that it is stuck in the boot process and is unable to start up properly. This could be caused by a software or hardware issue.
Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the power supply: Make sure that the machine is properly plugged into an electrical outlet and that the outlet is functioning correctly. If the outlet is not working, try plugging the machine into a different outlet.
  2. Restart the machine: Try turning the machine off and on again to see if it resolves the issue. If this doesn't work, try unplugging the machine from the power source, wait for a few seconds, and then plug it back in.
  3. Check the USB port: The message you are seeing on the screen suggests that the machine is looking for a USB device. Check to make sure that there is no USB device plugged into the machine. If there is, remove it and try restarting the machine.
  4. Contact the manufacturer: If none of these steps work, it may be a hardware issue. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the issue.
It's important to note that attempting to fix the machine yourself may void the warranty or cause further damage.

Have an older 440I that just started not powering up..light comes on but no power

If your WMF 440I coffee machine is not powering up despite the light coming on, there are a few things that could be causing this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the power outlet: Make sure that the outlet you are using is functioning properly. Plug another device into the same outlet to see if it works. If not, you may need to check the circuit breaker or contact an electrician to fix the issue.
  2. Check the power cord: Make sure that the power cord is properly connected to the coffee machine and the power outlet. Check for any damage to the power cord and replace it if necessary.
  3. Check the water tank: Make sure that the water tank is properly seated in the coffee machine. If the water tank is not properly seated, the machine may not power on.
  4. Check the fuse: The coffee machine may have an internal fuse that could be causing the problem. Check the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer to determine if the machine has an internal fuse and how to replace it.
  5. Contact the manufacturer: If none of these steps work, it may be a hardware issue. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the issue.
It's important to note that attempting to fix the machine yourself may void the warranty or cause further damage.

My bernina artista180 won't power on

If your Bernina Artista 180 sewing machine won't power on, here are a few things you can try:
  1. Check the power supply: Make sure that your sewing machine is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to ensure that it's working.
  2. Check the cord and connections: Check the power cord for any visible damage or wear, and make sure it's securely plugged into the sewing machine. If you see any damage or wear, you may need to replace the power cord.
  3. Check the fuse: There may be a fuse in the power cord or on the machine that has blown. Check the owner's manual for instructions on how to replace the fuse.
  4. Try a different outlet: If you're using a surge protector, try plugging the sewing machine directly into a wall outlet to rule out any issues with the surge protector.
  5. Consult a professional: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be an internal problem with the machine that requires a professional technician to diagnose and fix.
If the issue persists, it may be best to contact Bernina customer support or take your sewing machine to a certified Bernina repair shop for further assistance.

2001 Hyundai Sonata 4cyl. Air conditioner worked irratically. Serpentine belt broke and was replaced. A/C started working again, then began only blowing cool air at higher speeds. Now does not blow cool...

Check the AC magnetic clutch relay, it may be sticking open. Bypass it (located under the hood) and see if the system cools down, if not you have other problems.
