Condenser fan motor or motor wiring is bad. That compressor should never run without the fan. Good luck.

The motor is bad. It is overheating and shutting down on thermal overload. You need a new motor

Could be the cooling fan has stopped working, or is running slow due to dust blocking the fan and vents on the case.

The motherboard may have several 3-pin connectors, for installing fans in different places. Connect the cooling-fan to one of those "alternate" connectors, and start-up your computer, to see if the fan spins.

Try a different power-supply.

Try both the "old" and "new" cooling-fans in a different motherboard, to see if they spin at all.

be sure the vents are not blocked-it sounds like its overheating

Try setting it to lower temperature. If that don't work the thermostat is bad.
