SOURCE: dell optiplex gx110 device detection problem

I'm guessing that the computer is not booting at all. This is saying that it cannot find any hard drive to talk to. Drives are labeled in the computer code with numbers starting at 0. There are up to 2 drives on an IDE ribbon cable, the Primary, and the "slave" or secondary. So, possibilities are that your hard drive died, the power connector to it came loose, or the power supply itself is having an issue with that connection that is attached to the hard drive.

You are going to have to replace it....obviously. Here are some places that popped as having the supply you need. I have never used any of them personally.

My dell optiplex GX110 motherboard problem

I would suggest defaulting the bios, either by way of the cmos jumper, or by entering the bios at boot, selecting "load defaults" from the menu at the bottom of the screen, save and exit. If setting the defaults does not fix the onboard IDE then you have a hardware failure. They make IDE adaptors that plug into a PCI slot, that could get you back into operation, but I'm afraid if the IDE has gone on the mobo, what's next? I would be afraid something else will fail.
Maybe you'll get lucky with the defaults.
