Sheets wind together in a damp ball

Same problem here. I have king size bedding that is being dried in a comercial size dryer. The large dryer rolls the sheets or bedspreads into roll tighter than a Cuban cigar. The size of the load made no difference - one sheet or two. What really ticked me off, I just moved from an apartment with one of those tiny washer/dryer combos and never had the cigar roll problem with the tiny apartment dryer - go figure.

SOLUTION:
What works for me is adding dry towels to the load. It even keeps the heavy kingsize bedspread from rolling into a cigar - it cost nothing.

I have a different model Bosch dryer, but I have the same problem.

I've found that the flat sheets dry okay if you have them in with other things (like pillowcases and t-shirts). I learned long ago though that you can't put those things in with deep fitted sheets; the little stuff winds up caught in the corners in damp wrinkly wads.

So I dry the fitted sheet separately, and throw in a couple of clean tennis balls. They're noisy, but harmless, and they keep the sheet from balling up.
