Yes it is loose in there on the plastic. The pressure from the other side holds it in place. You could install a small screw if you want to make sure it stays in place.

If the screws securing the hinges to the base of the laptop is loose then tighten these screws.
Hinges have no tightening adjustments and loose/faulty hinges need to be replaced.

More likely a carb overflow pipe. (You should be able to track the pipe back to a carb to confirm this guess. If I'm right, you probably have a problem with the nedle valve in a carb sticking.

I would suggest: Remove carb, remove float chamber, take the pin out of the float himge, remove nedle valve, wash all in clean fuel, blow dry, reassemble.

Check the top lid of the pump casing. There is a 1/2" hole on top which must be kept plugged or seal capped. If left open odor tends to emmitt from there. Also check for any loose connections or waste leak at the bottom of the pump casing or the bowl.

1/ Find a tape
2/ Wrap the tape around the plug 2 -3 rounds.
3/ Trim off the redundant tape, to make it neat (as in the picture)
4/ Plug in to see if it works
You may add more rounds if it is still loose.

Old question, but I just had to do this, so posting for anyone else's benefit:

1. Remove and keep safe the 4 small screws at the corners on the back
2. Carefully remove the back, ensuring the black seal stays in place ideally attached to the back.
3. The battery is partly visible under the metal cover. Remove the whole assembly from the case of the watch, remembering which way round it goes
4. Using a very small flathead screwdriver or similar, lever the 4 clips on the metal cover gently away from white plastic body and up, one at a time, working round until the metal cover is loose. You may need to go round a few times. Remember which way round it goes.
5. The battery is held in place with a sticky pad. Don't pull it, or the display will come loose. Gently lever it away from the green circuit board.
6. When the battery is loose, if the sticky pad is on the battery remove and reattach to the circuit board just inside the circle where the battery sits.
7. Stick the new battery down, plus side(with writing on) towards you. Be careful not to touch with your hands to maximise battery life (eg use a PVC glove)
8. Insert the assembly back in the case, battery upwards, the same way round. Lower the metal cover back over the battery, ensuring it covers the battery not the springy clip protruding from the circuit board. Align the 4 clips with the gaps they fitted in before and press into place in all 4 points.
9. The watch should now show a working display. If the light doesn't work, the battery is not in correctly. If the display is showing random rubbish, it probably came loose. Try carefully easing the circuit board one way or the other in the white body to realign it, but if this fails, remove the metal cover and remove the circuit board from the white cover, replace both, and try again.
10. Replace the back taking care to put the seal in place and replace the 4 screws. Set the time according to the manual. It will tick for about 5 minutes, and show a dot to the left of the day abbreviation. No idea why. It stops after a while.

In the lower right hand corner of the bobbin case area, there is a small finger-like spring structure. Gently lift it and push it to the right. Take the bobbin case in hand and inspect it. It is a round piece of metal with a groove running down the edge of it. Now look at the hook, or the round piece of metal that is in the bobbin case area. It has a slight shelf-like structure. Place the bobbin case groove into the shelf-like structure in the hook so as to make it sit flush. With your finger, take the front of the bobbin case and push it to its left so that it is as far counterclockwise as possible and replace the spring.

I suspect that the flat wire between you keyboard and screen is coming loose. It is within one of the himges and is about 1" wide and very delicate. You can not fix it and should take it to someone who works on laptops. Sorry that is the best I can suggest

The negative battery terminal will go to a black wire and that will be soldered to one of the volume control cases. That makes the remaining wire easy. The negative terminal pole on the battery is the larger round one.

Its called the bobbin stopper. Pop off your needle plate by pressing on the marked corner. In the back on the left you will see a small allen screw which must have come loose. Position the bobbin stopper in place and tighten that screw. If it already is tight, loosen it and reposition the bobbin stopper in the notch and tighten it back up.
