My Dell wireless keyboard doesn't work. I replaced the batteries in it and pressed the green button on the back of it then the button on the wireless thing plugged into the computer. That light blinks for a few seconds then stops but the keyboard still doesn't work. My wireless mouse works fine.

Is my Logitech wireless mouse defective?

A number of times, I had the USB transceiver go defective after a bit more than a year. First make sure the mouse batteries are in good condition. If so, I would try the transceiver. I ordered about six of them from Logitech. I have a number of computers using these. After having two fail I decided to have spares all the time.

My usb wireless mouse receiver displays a red light on the far right on what appears to be a picture of a battery. The green light lights up the number 9 on the left. WHAT DOES THE RED LIGHT MEAN? I don't...

I just had the same problem. If you look at the picture carefully, it's the mouse & the red light means you need to change the battery in your mouse. The picture just to the left of mouse picture is the keyboard so if that turns red, then you need to change the batteries in your keyboard.

Wireless keyboard and mouse not working, battery in receiver?

The receiver should not have a battery. It gets its power from the USB port. Try uninstalling both keyboard and mouse via (Control Panel...Device Manager) and reinstalling them. Sometimes the drivers get corrupted and reinstalling them will fix that. Also there are on/off switches on the mouse and maybe the keyboard. Check that someone hasn't turned them off to save batteries when not in use.

Wireless Intellimouse Explorer Not Working.

Normal 0 Normal 0 Recheck the magnifier to see if its set right.
Go to Control Panel and click on the Mouse icon. Then the mouse properties will appear showing the mouse buttons. In the Left column is the button settings. The bottom one is the Right Button, which is set for Magnify. Whenever you hit the Right Side button the magnifier will turn on. To turn it off, hit the Right Side Button and off it goes. You can change any of the button settings by clicking on the drop down.
Hope this helps. Bud

Wireless mouse and keyboard not working

If you have got a USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse, then the solution might be with the receiver. Normally we know that to play a USB thumb drive, we simply plug in and play. But some model of Acer computer require us to press the button on the thumb drive to activate it. The model I had (an Aspire model) set the press button same as the blicking light bulb. So (a) turn on computer, (b) plug in thumb drive receiver (c) press button on the drive, (d) press "contact" button on the mouse and keyboard. That works for me.
