CRT is the cartridge and if it says recommend new one you need to install a new cartridge!Hope it helps!!

B CRT is the Black cartridge and can allmost be bought anywhere!Ask Your local canon Dealer perhaps!Good Luck!

It's telling you that the ink CaRTridge is nearly empty. Replace the ink cartridge.

if u refill it may can't remove that message but try to press stop button for 5 sec to clear it

I had this problem and solved it = )
You turn off the fax, take the paper out, then open the cover just after you turn it back on.
Leave it open for a minute and let the cartridge go back and forward close the cover and wait till it tell you to press stop and it should be back to normal.

Hi there. This message on a Canon fax means that the ink is low. CRT stands for cartridge. Replace the FINE cartridge, as ink is low.

no you can't disable the ink monitor, but it sounds like you have a defective or a cartridge that belongs to another machine.
