Try doing the manufacturing reset solution , but thats going to delete all user information and other item including contacts , resets email login user name , both TXT/MMS will be deleted , let me know if you need this solution if your not worried about the user data ok , ([email protected]) good luck

Hello,

A "Subsidy Unlock Code" is a code that is unique to your phone.
The code is assigned by the original service provider the phone was manufactured for so that it cannot be taken to another carrier for activation without their permission.

Most times you will receive the message " Enter Special Code " when you insert a SIM card from a diferent carrier. Motorola cannot provide subsidy unlock codes. You will need to contact the original service provider for further assistance.

Try calling Verizon support and requesting an unlock code. They will contact the manufacturer and get back to you with the code. This service is free.

Cant remember password how to do factory reset on droid motorola

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved
