The exact same thing happened to ours. i went to the bunn website under support, and emailed them the exact same question you have here. i got a reply asking for our serial number from the bottom of the machine. as soon as i e-mailed that info to them, they told me that it was less than three years old (i guess they can tell from the serial number), still under warranty, gave me an RGA # and instructions to mail it back in for repairs. i'm getting ready to pack it up now.

My warmer switch on my bunn coffeemaker went out and wont come back on, what is the problem?

For us, it is a faulty switch. This may be a warranty issue -- depending on how old your coffeemaker is. We had to send back the heating UNIT ONLY at our cost. The good news is that we got a COMPLETE replacement. Now we have an extra basket, glass server, etc

How to calibrate a Bunn CWTF commercial coffee brewer

1. you need a 64 ounce graduated measuring cup or bucket
2. make sure the brewer is heated up to temp and the green light on the front is lit
3. open the front panel of the brewer
4. put the microswitch on the circuit board to "unlock" position
5. make sure the sprayhead is cleaned and open, the brew basket is on, and the measuring cup is in place to catch the water
6. press and hold the brew switch until the inlet solenoid clicks 3 times, then release
7. once the water level is at about 40 ounces, turn the main red switch off and let the rest of the water come out
8. if it brews short, press and hold the brew switch again until the 3 clicks, then press and release the brew switch for 2 more second of brew time (up to 5 times per brew)
9. if it brews too much, press and release the brew switch for two less seconds of brew time (up to 5 times), then press and hold the brew switch until the 3 clicks then release
10. once you get to 64 ounces, put the switch on the circuit board to lock and replace the panel
11. enjoy!

My friend gave me a Bunn thermal home coffee maker and I don't know how to make it work and can't seem to find directions on line?

Depending on which maker and how old it is it may have a switch for the heating element. The BUNN brewers have a reservoir inside that needs to be topped off BEFORE energizing the heating element/plugging it in. This usually will require about 3 pots being poured through until water starts to flow from the filter basket. (Have a pot in place to catch the water) Then it is safe to plug in your machine. After it heats up (about 20 minutes) you can load your grounds and pour through a pot of COLD water and voila... coffee.
Also, due to the reservoir you will want to not shut off or unplug your brewer... then it will be ready to brew next time.

Grx Bunn coffee brewer will not brew. I've followed all directions carefully. I've waited almost 30 min for it to heat up I've added more water and still nothing. Now I have been waiting for about an hour...

It sounds like the tank isn't full. It takes 2 full decanters of water to fill the tank in the bank. After pouring in 10 cups of water, close the lid and wait 3 min. Then open up the lid and pour in another 10 cups of water and close the lid. Then turn the vacation switch on and wait 15 min. Now you are ready to brew coffee. Place your grounds and filter in the funnel basket and pour in 4-10 cups of cold water and place decanter on warmer plate. Close the lid and in 3 min you will have a pot of coffee. If this doesn't happen, please call 800-352-2866 and we will be happy to assist you.

When we make a pot of coffee, the water goes through to quickly and the coffee looks like weak tea, how can we fix this, we only got the coffee maker about a month ago

This is usually caused by a missing sprayhead above your filter basket. take out the filter basket, and see if there is a sprayhead up there, or if there is just a little round pipe that the prayhead screws on to. If it is missing, you can contact your local Bunn dealer, or phone bunn directly, and they will take care of you. You can get a list of repair centers in your area at www.bunn.com

Bunn coffee maker leaks all over the counter. What

there's probably a 'silicon rubber' hose that feeds hot water to the 'grounds basket'- it may be loose, or damaged. is it leaking water, or coffee?? we have a bunn 8-cup, which has a pre-heated water tank that brews a pot in about 3 min. energy waster, but when you need coffee, you need coffee!!! is your filter holder properly centered? is the carafe lid hole clean and un-obstructed?
if it's leaking water, and not too costly to replace- you may consider replacing it with a new one!
good luck!

My Bunn Pour-Omatic coffee maker (White) Heat up

Most likely suspect is the thermostat, however you might want to check the limit switch also(located on boiler between elements).

No manual with Bunn NHBX coffee maker.

before plugging in place your empty filter basket in the coffee maker and place a pot under it. Slowly pour in two pots of water using the pour pitcher. Now you can plug it in. it'll take 15 min to heat up first time . when you brew your first pot leave your water level a little short, because the water will expand (only the first time)
