Keep in mind the interpretation is just a screening tool to give a little help. There are all kinds of variables that can make the interpretation think there is a problem when it could be nothing more than a loose lead wire or electrical interference. Only a trained Physician\nurse can give a true interpretation. There are some ekg manufacturers who say they have a 97% accuracy but that accuracy has more to do with the quality of the hook up to the patient then the software in the machine.

Hello whosyerdaddy, the differance will be a print out informing you of detected adnormality in the waveforms. Interpretive is selected an adnormality may state an "AV weak" . A non Interpretive will state no adnormalitys detected in the the waveform. You will need to read all the waves for any adnormalitys.

Your print head probably needs adjust. The Schiller ekg machines are notorious for these issues. You may want to send the machine in. We/ Discount Cardiology will look at your machine for free and call you with a diagnosis. I am 99% sure that this is the issue.
