The "Home" button on my PSP Slim is not working. I cannot quit games and if I wanted to quit and I have to remove the battery to be able to go back to the main console menu. I am running on version 5.50 Gen D3, I don't have a Pandora Battery, just a regular battery. Side Note: Other buttons on my PSP are working fine.
You could try this link and see if it helps you to find out why its not working.

I heard the psp slim is pandora-proof. you might need to exchange that for the original psp. and i have an original psp. i get that error code 80410A0B thing or w/e. your not going to able to fix the problem. you should just sell your psp and buy a refurbished one.

SOURCE: how can i downgrade my psp version 6.30 ofw to
I am afraid this is not possible, if it is a PSP 1000 or 2000 you would need a pandora battery. However if it is a PSP 3000 upwards there is no way to downgrade the firmware at all. Anything above firmware 5.03 is not possible to downgrade on a PSP 3000.
Hope this helps
