Being that the tv is still under warranty. Do not waste another second. Have it sent in and repaired under warranty. If not the problem could get worse and then you have to fit the whole repair bill. Thank you, Lee
christoph430. Your TV is hosed. Olevia will not fix it even if it is still under factory warranty. They are having lots of issues with their products and it will be too costly for them to pay for the repairs they should be covering. They are hoping you have an extended warranty through whomever you bought the TV from and will let that company deal with what should be THEIR problem. The repair company has to try to fix the TV at their cost. Nothing but a scam. We will never buy an Olevia TV again. you have a bad panel. contact manufacture for nearest servicer if unit is under warranty otherwise live with it, or be prepared to pay the cos to the unit in repairs.
