you can check the hard drive connection's first (sata or IDE) try to tighten the connection and try to reboot your system the if it still doesn't work try to download a hard drive utility tools like hiren boot cd and scan your hard drive for bad sectors and repair it if posible, for further question post your detailed problem here
without knowing which set you have, its hard to be specific, however, from experience, the switch mode power supply will give this signal to tell you that it is not happy driving one or more of the boards attached to it ( ie/ the board is drawing too much current ). This is a safety feature to prevent further damage to the set, and will require examination by a competent engineer... sorry cant help more, but diagnosis shouldnt cost much as this is a common fault, and will generally call for replacement of the offending panel - anywhere between 50 and 200 pounds :-(
sounds like PSU problem with a 1 terra byte hard drive it uses alot of power to boot up you should get yourself a new HEAVY DUTY PSU with plenty of wattage you can bid & win one Ebay $30
after i got full hard desk on my sony HD (HDR-XR520) any vide i record i cant copy it and it doesn't appear on my computer and then the files on the camera when i play them they don't ply and i found a message said: No applicable files available, so please how can solve this problem? or it's an industrial bad side with this camera??
check connection from hard drive to moherboard make sure all is fitted well and run OS set up..it will not continue installing OS... if hard drive cant be read..,,if OS will continue with set up..then ur hard drive is now working...

Your computer is trying to boot from LAN. Somehow the boot order got changed in the BIOS. Access the BIOS and set the first boot device to the hard drive.
