How will i reset maintenance m2 in my copier ineo 213?

Reset the drum and developer counters to zero, the replace the developer, and run the required TCR adjustment. Do NOT reset the counters then think you don't have to replace the drum and developer, because the copier uses the counters to determine voltages for certain parts inside the machine, reset counter and not replace the parts the copier thinks they are new when in fact they are old you get codes and bad copies.,

The ATDC control voltage was within the range of 5.39V to 8.15V when function F8 is run.

menu stop 00 stop 01 go to service choise go to maintenanc 0 presss back go to iu life stop mode press continues and press back sit down to clear data go to maintenanc clear prees ok and supplies clear and press ok .powe off and on and isssss okk :)

Do not re-set you replace the developer. If you reset the copier will think it has new developer then will set voltages according when in fact the developer is old causing image issues and codes, replace the deveploer and run required procedures CLEAR THE COUNTER FIRST

unless the drum and developer are replaced not a good idea to reset the counter. causes codes and image problems

Hello, the error code M2 means that the machine needs to have maintenance done ( like tune up to a car).. The only way to clear it would be to reset the counters and the service tech mode.
