Ilo tv stuck in widescreen

I have an ilo 27 tv regualr kind that picture is stuck widescreen and cant even find where that is a feature how do i get it back to full

    there is no option to adjust pic size at all on remote or in tv menu

LOOK EITHER ON YOUR REMOTE FOR ASPECT OR IN YOUR ON SCREEN MENU FOR THE PICTURE SIZE OR ASPECT RATIO FUNCTION TO ADJUST IT BACK TO THE SIZE YOU REQUIRE.

Most if not all DVD's are 16 by 9 even in 4.3 mode you are going to have those bars on this TV. Some television have a zoom feature to get rid of that but not this one.
