regarding with your concern its possible that the black ink wont recognize by your printer
if you have already replace the black ink and still having the same problem then all i recommend to you is to go online and open this link

after following all the troubleshooting and still having the same problem then the ink carriage is the one that is causing the prob.. well in that case, theres no fix for that..you will need to get a new one or a replacement if your printer is still under warranty..
