Most probably dirty jets. If water was spuilled, there is a possibility of rust forming on some parts. Low flames are usually due to inadequate gas supply, due to dirty jets and burners. Often rust forms on the top burners in the little holes, causing slight blockage - clean the holes with a needle properly and check. Oshie

Does model XFG371LVQ Whirlpool stove have air adjustment for top burners?

Remove the front panel to find where the gas injectors enter the burner tubes you will see they are cut away and have a screw holding an outer ring which is adjustable, open them up more to get more air in .

The flame are too low, cannot keep a large pot of water rolling boil. was much better when it was new, any adjustment cannot be made ?

check to see if the burners are free of deposits from carbon and grease build up. The tiny holes in the burners get clogged with grease and carbon.

Low flame from gas cooktop

you can adjust the flames as follows pull a knob and look in the end of the brass peice you will see a small screw first you have to find a screw driver that will fit then with a pair of pliers hold the outer peice with the burner on and turn the screw one way rasies other lowers ideal adj is to turn buner all the way up then fast down if flame goes out to low keep working like that till flame is low but doesnt go out

Burners only work half way

Remove the burner knobs, inside of each shaft is a straight slot screw adjustment, use a flshlight to see it. Sears has screwdrivers this small. While holding the shaft with a pair of pliers turn the screw in the shaft, it will be hard to turn, this is normal.
Continue doing this until you obtain the desired flame setting.
