touch the main ic of your t con board if its getting too much heat then you have to replace that ic with new one .by this faulty ic you will see some lines on display .when it heated up this may cause lining problem

This seems to be a problem with some older panels. If you are prepared to tackle the problem yourself then try the following.

The blue lines are a sign that the screen itself is failing. You can try to reseat the data cables from the motherboard to the back of the screen, but in most cases this is indicative of an immenent screen failure.

The machine is overheating and the graphics chip on the main board is acting up cause of it. Make sure there is no dust or dirt blocking the air vents that would cause the system to heat up more then normal.
