My Barbie MP3 is light blue with accessories on it. When I pressed on the play button for a few seconds, the light turned on. But then, I waited to hear the music. But it didn't play any music. I waited a few more minutes but it still wouldn't play! I even refreshed the MP3 a lot of times! Please help.

I managed to get this sorted by changing the default setting in windows media player from ripping the CDs as a wma protected file to a mp3 file.

You have to change the battery. To do that you have to take that thing off on the back of the MP3 player and unscrew it to change the battery.
