Problem with Samsung RF265AA Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator: Samsung french door bottom freezer is has ice crystals all over what to do, it turned off when replacing water filter, samsung told me to hold freezer buttons to turn the refrigerator back on and to use power freeze, now thats all I get is ice all over even opened it up and defrosted the freezer and removed all the ice, and it has iced up again.

There is a screw down foot in front of each forward wheel under the fridge. You can access this by looking under the front corners.

Had the same problem, your ice maker is a known defect, insist they replace it. Don't expect heavy ice output -- our biggest complaint.

sounds like a bad timer in the defrost cycle.  Call a tech repairman

There is no way to speed it up..
If the bucket is empty - 2 to 3 days to fill is normal..
It takes somewhere around 37 minuets for new cubes to freeze,, then dump.. Cant make the ice freeze faster..

If it has a inline filter on the water line - replace it.. If it is clogged it could slow the water that is going in..

If you-all use allot of ice and empty it before it catches up - I would suggest getting a bag of ice from the store and put some in the bucket to keep the ice level up..

it's only 4 weeks old ./ don't mess with it it has a warranty you may void it if you work on it . it is probably in the main digital control in th fresh food .. but i would call the seller and they can set up a service for it .. mm
