go the system seting 设置/电话设置 then find language setting=语言 see if you see a word english, if you only see 中文 or 中文简体...........i have nothing to do about it, unless relfash the rom of the wm6.1

Go to HTC's website and go to support and select htc touch diamond (make sure its 'diamond' and not 'htc touch'!) and see if there are any rom updates (in english). Make sure it is for your phone + carrier/cell provider, as sometimes there are different rom versions, for different carriers. (depends on your country, so change the country)

you'll be need to flash an WWE (World Wide English) ROM image to your device, since it went out from factory with a spanish operating system.

did you try going to> start>settings>system>regional settings. then select region and reboot phone

In order to send pictures from your phone to other devices via Bluetooth, the following steps should be taken:
• Access your phones picture library
• View the picture you want to send
• Hit the menu button
• Select “Copy” from the menu list
• Chose “Bluetooth”
• Hit “Yes” when it asks you if you want to temporarily turn on Bluetooth
• Select “Look For Devices”
• Once your phone finds the device and lists its name, you select that device name
• The receiving device is then prompted to accept/reject my file
• Once accepted, the picture is sent (takes about two seconds)
