How to print envelopes in artisian 725 printer

in printer just put your envelope portrait position, then set your paper setting into envelope size in your laptop or PC and just print it

in photocopy machine just adjust the input tray into envelope size than put envelope printed face up, and just print it

Have you already tried this? After you click print and select your printer, click properites and select your paper from 8.5x11 to Envelope.

I print envelopes a lot for my business.
What I do is I use the regular paper feed, and I open the flap on the envelope so that it's flatter. Simply slide the paper guide to adjust to the size of the envelope.
Also, typically the orientation for printing envelopes is sideways. You put the left edge of the envelope in the printer first. If you are unsure of the orientation, simply do your first print on plain paper. Then you'll know how to insert the envelope.

The printer does not need to be set up really, its all controlled by the software you use ie. Microsoft word. Just put the envelopes in the envelop feed if it has one or take the paper out of the tray and put the envelopes in (adjusting the side guides to fit). In microsoft word there is a function to print envelopes

Set tray 1 for the correct size envelopes in printer properties.

i just wont be using the printer for printing envelopes. I have a problem with having to pay for support on any product.

did you put these envelopes right way (portrait/landscape) also you have to change in printer menu paper source paper type from plain paper to envelope.

Choose envelopes that are close to 20-lb paper in weight and thickness. Also, make sure that the adhesive on the envelope is capable of withstanding the heat that the fuser puts out to keep the printing on the page. If you don’t, the envelopes will come out of the printer already sealed. If envelopes are coming out of the printer wrinkled, they may be too stiff for the paper path. Open the rear of the printer and let them exit at that location instead.

Installed SR-3 from Office Word. It did the trick.

Print on the Envelopes

1. Click File , then click Print .
2. Click Properties , then click the Features tab.
3. Change the orientation to Landscape and the paper size to envelope #10 .
4. Click OK .
5. Click OK again to print.
