i can not find a manual for this watch,but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.

Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the time display appears on the watch. Hold the "Mode" button until you see the alarm display appear, then release the button. Hold the "Mode" button a second time to enter the time-setting mode.

We have the "Pro Sport" and not the link watch...and can't get it out of displaying in military time......
I thought this was a womens watch, it's Pink! and No Instructions.
